Responsibilities
Lead and support quality activities across product development, manufacturing, and service operations, overseeing the product from concept throughout the product lifecycle
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure design for manufacturability and quality
Implement and maintain quality systems in compliance with ISO 9001, and other applicable standards
Support internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external quality issues
Facilitate risk management activities including FMEA, fishbone diagrams, and reliability analysis
Support quality initiatives, including performance monitoring and improvement plans
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial desired), or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in electronics, medical devices, or security systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify methods for evaluating complex issues with multiple variables using quality tools and methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, DOE, etc.)
Experience with ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance (EU, TSA, etc.)
Proficient in understanding and applying quality management systems (QMS), ERP systems, and statistical software
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence multi-disciplinary stakeholders
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial desired)
ASQ certification (CQE, CQA) is a plus
