Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems across frontend, backend, or full-stack components
Lead or contribute to complex technical projects from concept to production
Write clean, testable, efficient code using modern frameworks and languages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering leadership
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and long-term technical planning
Improve engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across internal platforms and customer-facing applications
Mentor junior engineers and support a culture of engineering excellence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML/CSS; C++, C#, .NET Core; Node.js, Go, Python, or similar backend languages
Experience building or maintaining cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with Agile development (Scrum or Kanban)
Familiarity with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, monitoring
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred
Experience building distributed or highly scalable backend systems
Experience owning features or systems end-to-end in production
Background working in fast-paced, startup-style environments
Experience mentoring other engineers
Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, or serverless technologies
Experience in fintech, insurance, SaaS, or enterprise software
