The role involves working in the main arena office or concession stand, providing customer service, and maintaining cleanliness while handling various responsibilities related to event operations.

Responsibilities
Ice Garden Attendant's primary responsibilities include working in the concession stand preparing food, operating a point of sale register, stocking product and cleaning space as needed throughout the shift
Additional responsibilities may include:
Working in the main office
Working events
Taking tickets
Answering the phone
Sharpening skates
Perform basic building maintenance such as:
Sweeping or vacuuming floors
Cleaning tables
Checking/restocking restrooms
Shoveling walkways
All while providing high-quality customer service to BIG guests
Qualification
Required
You must be available to work evenings and weekends and pass a background check to be considered for employment
Must be at least 15 years old
Position is year round (not just a summer position)
Preferred
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Previous recreation work experience is preferred
