Client Success Specialist IV

The role involves acting as trusted advisors to drive customer success, promote product adoption, and build strong relationships with clients to help them maximize the value of Oracle's solutions.

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges
Proactively provide support, guidance, and solutions to help customers derive maximum value from the product or service
Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solutions and identify/drive product renewal and expansion opportunities via high value relationships with customers
Align at executive and key business stakeholder levels, building and fostering strong relationships to help customers progress on their customer journey
Act as a customer's internal advocate to remove obstacles that may impede a customer's experience with Oracle
Thrive on solution implementation, risk assessment, go-live readiness, and sophisticated post go-live challenges that are unique to customers and their businesses throughout their Oracle Cloud journey
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in customer success management or related roles
Strong relationship-building skills with customers
Ability to understand customer needs, goals, and challenges
Proactive in providing support, guidance, and solutions
Experience in driving product adoption and usage
Ability to identify and drive product renewal and expansion opportunities
Experience in aligning with executive and key business stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in solution implementation and risk assessment
Ability to advocate for customers internally
