Responsibilities

Site Assessments: Perform on-site inspections to gather crucial details about each project-measurements, roof condition, material needs, and potential challenges

Bid Preparation: Develop comprehensive bids and proposals, including labor, materials, and timelines, ensuring they are competitive and meet profitability goals

Material Sourcing: Accurately determine material quantities and specifications, working with vendors to secure the best pricing and timely deliveries

Client Consultations: Engage with clients to discuss project scope, address questions, and ensure clear alignment on project requirements, budget, and timeline

Cost Analysis: Evaluate costs and identify opportunities to enhance profitability without sacrificing quality; keep pricing models up to date based on market trends and labor rates

Project Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and resources with superintendents to optimize productivity and avoid conflicts

Permitting & Compliance: Manage the permitting process, ensuring each project meets local building codes, zoning regulations, and manufacturer specifications

Pre-Construction Meetings: Conduct pre-construction meetings with superintendents, clients, and subcontractors to ensure everyone is aligned on project requirements, safety protocols, and expectations
