Responsibilities
Creative Execution: Design a wide range of materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, print collateral, signage, in-store materials, and more. Every piece should be thoughtful, polished, and on-brand
Campaign Development: Take marketing campaigns and build all supporting collateral from start to finish ensuring consistency and excellence across every touchpoint
Speed and Efficiency: Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Deadlines are tight, and precision matters
Brand Consistency: Maintain the visual integrity of each Sewell brand across all creative projects. Every design should reflect the professionalism and quality our name represents
Collaboration Across Teams: Work with various managers and department leaders to understand goals, interpret feedback, and deliver designs that meet both creative and business objectives
Creative Problem-Solving: Think strategically to find design solutions that communicate effectively while upholding Sewells standards for excellence and style
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet every deadline - no exceptions
Ability to think creatively, adapt quickly, and execute designs that align with brand and campaign goals
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various managers and departments
