Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain secure network connections for ATMs, branches, and processing centers nationwide

Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and resolve L2/L3 connectivity issues to ensure minimal downtime

Administer and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN concentrators

Implement and support secure VPN tunnels between Dolphin Debit, client financial institutions, and third-party service providers

Collaborate with internal teams (Infrastructure, Operations, and IT Security) to support network integration projects and new ATM deployments

Maintain detailed documentation of network topology, device configurations, and operational procedures

Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and industry best practices

Participate in on-call rotation and provide escalation support for network-related incidents

Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools to enhance network performance and reliability
