Qualification
Required
Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills and can-do attitude
Effective verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience as an Installer or in a similar role
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools
Strong understanding of quality control principles
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required by the job
This role routinely uses standard lifting equipment and straps. Uses and maneuvers hand trucks
Preferred
Certification or diploma from a technical school is preferred but not required
Ability to operate 26ft box truck is a plus
