Responsibilities
Support design and development of mechanical components, fixtures, and assemblies
Conduct tests, measurements, and data collection to support product validation and quickly improvement efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance) to analyze and solve engineering problems
Participate in process improvement projects to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency
Observe and Learn about Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree mechanical, electrical, Mechatronics Engineering
Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
Assertive approach to solving problems
Ability to prioritize
