Responsibilities
Design and develop test solutions for highly integrated Silicon mm-wave RFICs
Evaluate, optimize and debug first silicon
Characterize products to develop datasheet specifications
Develop production test solutions and manage the tester transfer process to high volume sites including tester MSA and GRR studies
Support the development customer facing collateral for product operation
Participate in cross functional teams to support design reviews, test coverage, 8D and customer issues
Qualification
Required
BSEE or MSEE with at least 8 years of relevant experience in RF Test Engineering
In-depth understanding of RF network analyzers, including calibration methodologies, calset manipulation and advanced measurements
Experience in RF measurements from X-band through W-band products at the IC or device level
Strong Python programming abilities, including demonstrated familiarity with numpy and matplotlib libraries for data processing and visualization
Experience in analyzing large data sets using Spotfire or similar data analysis software
Good understanding of statistical data analysis and DoE
Ability to interface to digital control (SCAN testing, STIL files, SPI)
Strong communication skills to work across multiple departments including Sales, R&D, New Product Development and Introduction teams
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership to drive high level tasks to completion
Preferred
Experience in developing UIs with PyQt
FPGA experience
