Responsibilities
Managing configuration baselines and ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Establishing and maintaining configuration management plans in alignment with project requirements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to control and document changes to products and systems
Ensuring proper version control and maintaining accurate records of all configuration items
Conducting regular audits to verify compliance with configuration management processes
Providing training and guidance to team members on configuration management tools and practices
Supporting project teams in identifying and resolving configuration-related issues
Ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies for configuration management
Contributing to the continuous improvement of configuration management processes
Preparing and delivering reports on configuration status and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Managing configuration baselines and ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Establishing and maintaining configuration management plans in alignment with project requirements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to control and document changes to products and systems
Ensuring proper version control and maintaining accurate records of all configuration items
Conducting regular audits to verify compliance with configuration management processes

Supporting project teams in identifying and resolving configuration-related issues
Ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies for configuration management
Contributing to the continuous improvement of configuration management processes
Preparing and delivering reports on configuration status and performance metrics
Degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience or understanding of configuration management processes and tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage complex data
Proficiency in configuration management tools/software
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of Railway Signaling products and systems
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in railway systems
Adaptability to evolving technologies and processes
Preferred
CCMI Certification is desired
