Manager, Product Digital Sales

The Manager, Product Digital Sales will be responsible for driving the automation growth program and managing brand compliance across various sales channels while leading a team to enhance digital capabilities and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities
Directs and manages day-to-day operations of the Automation Specialist and Analyst; ensures effective prioritization, resource use, and team performance
Owns the automation growth program end-to-end: sets KPIs/targets, tracks product performance, and translates data into actionable initiatives and enhancements
Leads annual and capital planning to support sales goals; develops long-range plans for the department
Develops and executes strategies to grow automation, business intelligence, and the digital footprint; aligns with brand and corporate KPIs
Manages trade brand compliance across all sales channels; resolves copyright/trademark issues and domain recovery
Monitors external market conditions to identify opportunities and drive the e-commerce Sales & Marketing strategy across channels
Partners with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to meet mutual objectives; participates in planning models and governance
Drives integrated Sales & Marketing programs for the trade site, booking tools, applications, and automation; pursues cost-saving negotiations as appropriate
Serves as the primary accountable for program/product performance, quality, and trade satisfaction; analyzes opportunities and evangelizes them
Aligns program/product strategy with brands and corporate KPIs; develops an integrated plan to increase automation across regions and segments
Synthesizes customer, market, and competitive analyses into strategic recommendations; collaborates with IT, Revenue Management, Marketing, Trade Support & Service, Global Markets, etc
Maintains product backlog and prioritizes work to increase automation and online revenue; manages multiple workstreams and stakeholder communications
Oversees program/product support and maintenance; ensures teams have the tools and processes needed; monitors site performance with KPIs
Drives cost savings by meeting automation targets and continuously pursuing improvements and efficiencies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
7+ years in a large enterprise environment
Experience across all stages of commercial business intelligence and analytics (planning, development, QA, deployment); ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Proficient with Power BI, DAX, SAS, Python, SQL
Familiar with web/DevOps tools (Jira, Slack, etc.) and operational web tools
Ability to assess, prioritize, and drive actions based on brand/department KPIs; strong strategic thinking and ability to formulate business-relevant recommendations
Proactive, strategic thinker who can develop tactical solutions to achieve goals; thought leadership; trend/opportunity recognition
Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and establishing productive working relationships; strong collaboration with IT, Revenue Management, Marketing, Data Science, and external agencies/vendors; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives and cross-functional teams
Experienced in managing others and leading large, multi-disciplinary teams; strong planning, project management, and leadership skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple concurrent work streams with minimal supervision; strong understanding of systems, internal controls, and ability to develop processes and procedures; negotiation skills and understanding of legal contracts
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; comfortable in a complex, matrix organization with changing priorities and tight deadlines
Strong interactive marketing experience; understanding of trade marketing and digital channels
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with team members, partners, and all levels of management internally and externally
