dormakaba is seeking a remote Software Solutions Technical Specialist who will serve as the LGS product expert and a trusted resource for internal teams. This role involves providing support for installations, managing incoming calls, and resolving technical escalations to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities

Provide support for the installer hotline, addressing questions that arise during installations
Manage incoming calls from field technicians, certified installers, and integrators
Support the definition, development, installation, and testing of software systems and application
Conduct remote software installations and deliver end-user training as needed
Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to resolve technical escalations on projects

Qualification

Microsoft ServerSQL ServerDevOps toolchainsCloud platformsMultilingual skillsTraining experienceAccess control systems

Required

Bachelor's degree preferably from a technical program or in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT Systems
2+ years' experience in a support role, ideally within a call center or field service environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Server and Client Operating Systems, SQL Server databases, and Microsoft Networking Fundamentals
Hands-on knowledge of DevOps toolchains, including frameworks for Android and iOS platforms

Preferred

Knowledge of iCloud services and cloud platforms; SaaS experience with Azure/AWS certification preferred
Multilingual skills are an asset, particularly in French and Spanish
Prior experience in training or teaching
Hands-on experience with access control, alarm systems, and related software
