Responsibilities
Collaborate with Retirement Plan Services leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategy and growth objectives
Architect and implement a multi-year roadmap focused on application rationalization, modernization, innovation leveraging AI, and implementation of sector-specific software solutions
Inspire and guide a team of seasoned engineers and technical leads
Champion a culture of innovation, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Oversee strategic vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, performance, and alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards
Stay ahead of industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies for future growth
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive experience in technology and architecture, inclusive of executive level and/or board presentations and detailed business case development
Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives in a service-based environment
Deep expertise in retirement, insurance, financial services or related industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory and customer needs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Hands-on leadership with large scale transformations of both culture and technology
AWS cloud transformation and AI experience a plus
Experience and understanding of efforts needed to migrating away from legacy technologies, including mainframe
