Responsibilities
Working with Legal, HR, Safety, Management and others as you actively manage workers compensation cases. Supporting corrective actions to help reduce injuries, expenses, and other items related to workers compensation
Supporting the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) site services and reporting to management on a regular basis
Tracking existing service contracts outside of the IFM program
Proactively identifying possible cost-saving initiatives to support budgetary objectives related to service contracts
Data entry and analysis of data stored in the EH&S tracking system and creating monthly reports for the management team
Tracking monthly utility data and reporting in the EH&S tracking system for all remote sites
Supporting lease agreement management as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years work experience
Knowledge of service contracts, Ariba and/or SAP, workers compensation programs, and sustainability program management is also preferred
Flexibility, agility and the ability to multi-task
Excellent organizational skills
Preferred
The ability to facilitate and drive root cause analysis and experience with '5 Whys' and/or 'Six Sigma' methodology
Experience in managing workers' compensation cases is highly preferred
Prefer 2-5 years of experience in a large organization supporting contracts for facilities and or EH&S organizations
