Responsibilities
Work on a wide variety of workout, bankruptcy and related insolvency matters and/or corporate finance transactions, including senior debt, asset based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitranche and mezzanine transactions
Qualification
Required
A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
At least six years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm
Texas bar admission
Strong communication and writing skills
