Responsibilities

Performs a variety of duties related to the troubleshooting and repair of terminals down to the component level and boards, under general supervision

Tests equipment to determine cause of failure

Uses schematics and/or technical manuals in the repair/maintenance of terminal boards, etc

Component level troubleshooting of PC boards and sub-assemblies using oscilloscope, multi- meter, etc

Maintains log of incoming and outgoing terminals and repairs using data entry work station

Inspects terminal, circuits, etc. for damage

Cleans interior/exterior of terminal, boards, etc

Assists field service technicians with terminal related problems or in obtaining necessary supplies

Maintains terminals used in agent training as needed

Operates various equipment/machines including computer, oscilloscope, multi- meter, forklift, etc

Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
