Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Provide advanced technical expertise in electrical design, systems integration, and engineering software/tools

Review and develop technical documentation, drawings, and specifications

Resolve complex engineering challenges and support project teams with technical guidance

Project Execution

Manage assigned project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective completion

Collaborate with other departments (mechanical, software, operations, etc.) and stakeholders to align project goals and objectives

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering standards, protocols, and procedures

Recommend and implement best practices to optimize engineering performance

Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements

Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and relevant technologies

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with demonstrated expertise in technical project execution

Strong knowledge of electrical design, systems integration, and engineering software/tools

Electronics design and development at component, circuit, and system level

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout and design

Microcontroller-based design and development

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field

Preferred

Proficiency in Altium Designer with 3+ years of experience creating schematic designs and multilayer PCB layouts, including component placement, routing, and design rule optimization

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations

Strategic thinking, hands-on approach, and a passion for engineering excellence
