Responsibilities
Technical engineering responsibility for standard engineering design tasks with standard techniques as an independent author, with the guidance/review from plant engineers
Work in a team with plant engineers in the delivery of non-standard engineering design tasks or on tasks concerning the application of standard tools to more complex chemical processes
Maintain the nuclear safety culture at Westinghouse and compliance with company policies
Provide support in the development of technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle
Define, progress and report or present back on assigned work packages
Evaluate, select and utilize standards, techniques, procedures and criteria for development of engineering design documents including calculations and specifications
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial, or environmental engineering
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Completed Sophomore year of college
Experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, Revit, CATIA or similar 3D CADD
Preferred
