Responsibilities

Works closely with team members to meet or exceed all customer service requirements

Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers

Communicate with customers, suppliers, and logistics service providers to ensure shipments are delivered on time and according to customer specifications

Track shipments and manage inventory levels

Executes Load planning and optimization strategy

Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, including delays, damages, and lost shipments

Develops and maintains positive customer relationships

Ensures the attainment of applicable key factors

Responsible for accurate data capture and system entry

Provides remote and on-site support to teams including customer service, material planning, logistics and supply chain departments

Utilizes the quality process to resolve customer service and vendor issues

Assists with new account start-ups

Proactively anticipates and resolves potential customer service partner vendor and internal team issues

Performs other duties as needed
