Responsibilities

Collaborate with application teams to align deployments with cloud architecture best practices
Create and support scripts and automation for the deployment of infrastructure and controls
Help set the direction for multiple cloud initiatives
Contribute to documentation detailing designs, policies, and procedures
Maintain continuing education on the latest standards, trends, and best practices
Mentor junior team members and openly share knowledge to strengthen the team and the organization

Required

Associate or bachelor's degree, or other + strong experience
3 or more years of cloud experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and collaborative communication skills
Experience with cloud well-architected frameworks and best practices
Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Bicep and Terraform
Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and platforms like DevOps, GitHub, GitLab
Infrequent travel between Milwaukee and Tucson

Preferred

Experience with cloud network architectures (DNS, firewalls, NSGs, VWAN, ExpressRoute, VPN)
Experience with logging and monitoring (diagnostic settings, flow logs, traffic analytics, log analysis and response)
Experience with cloud-native security tools (Defender, Sentinel, Azure Policy, other)
Experience with code and infrastructure scanning tools (SonarQube, Rapid7, Wiz.io, other)
Experience with cloud cost optimization
Cloud and/or security related certifications
