Responsibilities

Lead repair/refurbishment development activities adhering to process standards, project financials, and time constraints

Work with engineering teams to define requirements, release parts and develop methods/equipment

Work with sourcing and materials teams to source parts

Establish safe manufacturing processes and resolve safety concerns

Ensure compliance through documentation and execution of work instructions and verification/validation

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline and 2 years' experience in production or engineering

Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical and planning skills

Experience as a manufacturing engineer or equivalent

Demonstrated ability to perform with high levels of ambiguity

Experience working with in the medical device industry
