The PMO intern will be responsible for overseeing project management processes, providing support to project managers, and enhancing communication and efficiency across projects.

Responsibilities
Monitor and escalate projects that are not progressing as planned
Collaborate with Project Managers to develop site-wide Gantt chart for all projects
Coordinate project schedules, timelines, resources, and deliverables
Montior and report on project KPIs
Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and the site
Maintain project reports and assist in developing presentations
Track project planning and escalate when multiple projects require the same resources
Communicate upcoming project timelines during weekly meetings with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
Familiarity with project management software (i.e. MS Project, Asana)
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and problem solving
Ability to adapt, respond, and communicate changing project requirements
Preferred
PMP certification is not required, but would be a significant plus
