The role involves overseeing all aspects of project implementation, managing customer relationships, and ensuring project objectives are met.

Responsibilities
Serve as primary Hexagon representative to customer partners
Effectively managing projects to deliver on time, on cost and according to client quality expectations
Development of project plans, including scope, budget, deliverables, schedule and project team responsibilities in order to accomplish project objectives
Coordinating work and providing instructions, advice, leadership and guidance to a diverse group of team members
Reviewing work in progress and assessing completed work for accuracy, required results and desired quality
Ensuring timely and accurate communication between project team members, management and customers
Facilitating the resolution of issues and escalations
Participation in project scoping activities, including producing and/or validating LOEs and SOWs
Preparing customer-facing and internal status and financial reporting
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree, or commensurate, documented experience in a role with similar responsibilities
Minimum 5 years project management experience implementing large software implementations
Prior experience with managing complex technical projects and programs – preferably in Public Safety
Strong written and oral communication and critical thinking skills
Intermediate to senior level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project proficiency
A self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
An eager, passionate, and professional owner of all aspects of the project management craft
An open-minded, embracer of diversity of thought and cultivating PMO team-culture
Preferred
PMI PMP or equivalent certification
