Responsibilities

Support SGM and Deputy TT as EW SME, developing tools and technology in support of SOF EW and breaching-related missions

Prepare and develop requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders)

Identify and develop RADAR, ECM, ISR, EW, and SIGINT capabilities for further development or fielding in support of SOF

Qualification

Required

Minimum 10+ years in EW, RADAR, ECM, ISR, or SIGINT operations, including 3–5+ years supporting SOF or similar high-end organizations

Demonstrated experience evaluating EW technologies and integrating them into operational concepts

Preferred

Prior experience in EW program management or requirements development for SOF
