Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop an entire service team upon completion of training
Practice inspirational leadership by delivering customer retention results and improve Customer Service and Retention, through continual training, and follow through on our commitment of world-class service
Identify and recruit technicians to join the PermaTreat family by selecting and training positions in termite and pest control
Ability to relocate IF NECESSARY
Qualification
Required
No Experience Required!
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older to apply
Ability to relocate IF NECESSARY
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
