Responsibilities

Support SGM and Deputy TT as EW SME for the SOF EW community

Develop tools and technology with partners in support of SOF EW capabilities

Prepare and develop requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders)

Identify and develop RADAR, ECM, ISR, EW, and SIGINT capabilities for further development or fielding

Qualification

Required

Minimum 10+ years in EW, RADAR, ECM, ISR, or SIGINT operations, including 3–5+ years supporting SOF or joint EW programs

Strong knowledge of EW TTPs and integrated EW/ISR/SIGINT operations

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline related to EW or RF engineering

Preferred

Experience planning or executing EW operations in joint/combined environments
