Responsibilities
Experience in design and delivery of talent acquisition programs having organization-wide impact
Responsible for the overarching strategies, standard operating procedures and the day-to-day service delivery effectiveness of the recruitment arm of the Talent Acquisition function
Full life cycle recruitment process for entry level through senior executive positions, including the management of the Authority's employee job posting process
Provides organizational leaders with subject matter expertise on recruiting strategies and design and implementation of cutting-edge programs to enable the authority to successfully approach the competitive marketplace for top talent
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Business Administration, the Behavioral Sciences or a Human Resources-related field
Six (6) years of direct multi-discipline, high volume corporate and/or outsourced recruitment operations management experience
Experience in the design and delivery of talent acquisition programs having organization-wide impact
Preferred
AIRS recruiter designation additionally preferred
