Design and develop AI architectures that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency

Implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark, and R

Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL processes and ensure seamless data integration for model training

Conduct data mining and analytics to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets

Deploy models into production environments while ensuring scalability and performance

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies

Mentor junior team members on best practices in AI development and deployment

Assess AI use cases for feasibility, impact, and risks

Review and advise on AI/ML solution architecture, scalability, data quality, and security

Identify and mitigate risks (privacy, bias, compliance)

Required

Strong communication skills to simplify complex AI concepts

Shape and evolve the company's AI strategy in alignment with business priorities

Define vision, principles, and success metrics for AI adoption

Act as an internal advocate and thought leader for responsible AI innovation

Partner with departmental AI Champions to identify and prioritize high-value use case

Familiarity with responsible AI and ethical principles

Deep knowledge of AI/ML tools (e.g., Vertex AI, SageMaker)

AI Agentic experience, Google cloud, Python and SQL

Extensive experience building, deploying, and maintaining high-availability AI solutions in a large-scale production environment

Expertise in cloud (AWS, GCP) and Data lake

Design and develop AI architectures that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency

Implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark, and R

Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL processes and ensure seamless data integration for model training

Conduct data mining and analytics to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets

Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, C, C#, and SQL

Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, SAS, and various analytics tools

Familiarity with unsupervised learning techniques and model training methodologies

Knowledge of database design principles and experience with linked data concepts

Experience with data visualization tools like Looker

Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash (Unix shell) and VBA for automation tasks

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets using tools like Talend

Preferred

Experience with advanced statistical modeling techniques (e.g., causal inference, time series analysis, Bayesian methods)

Proven with Python, SQL & GCP vertex AI

Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in relevant academic conferences

Understanding of quantum engineering principles is a plus
