New GradLynn Community Health Center is seeking a Post Doc Psychology Fellow to work with a multi-disciplinary team focused on providing comprehensive health care to the community. The role involves conducting diagnostic assessments, providing psychotherapeutic treatments, and developing patient-centered treatment plans.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive bio-psycho-social diagnostic assessment at intake and at any point needed throughout the therapeutic treatment
Provide psychotherapeutic treatments; be well versed in at least two treatment modalities
Use a team-oriented approach with special emphasis on communication and coordination of care
Create patient centered treatment plans, provide ongoing treatment, provide case management services, and assess patient’s ongoing clinic needs and progress
Incorporate feedback from supervision to improve clinical skills and performance
Qualification
Required
Practicum and Internship experience in the diagnosis and treatment of those problems specific to mentally ill patients manifesting a wide spectrum of illnesses and symptoms
Practicum and Internship experience consulting and/or collaborating with the various agencies that provide care for mentally ill patients
Completion and graduation from an accredited graduate program that grants a degree that allows psychologist to practice under supervision as a psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Doctoral degree, with commensurate practicum and internship which focused on clinical mental health practice
Quality training in psychotherapeutic techniques. Psychologist must be trained in treating patients with a range of mental illness and different levels of functioning
