In this role, you will support clients in understanding their needs and implementing effective solutions on the monday.com platform, while also learning and applying best practices to enhance team collaboration.

Responsibilities
Support and manage monday.com implementations from Discovery through Delivery with guidance from senior team members
Work collaboratively with clients to understand their processes, challenges, and goals
Learn and apply monday.com best practices to design, configure, and customize boards and workflows
Assist in delivering client trainings and helping users adopt new tools confidently
Help build project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure smooth delivery
Troubleshoot issues as they arise and work with teammates to identify solutions
Stay up-to-date on new monday.com features and process-improvement approaches
Qualification
Required
Light experience in a consulting agency or environment
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions
Proficiency in configuring and customizing monday.com or similar tools, including creating workflows, automation, and integrations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them within deadlines
Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred
Experience working with monday.com or another project management or workflow tool
Exposure to business process mapping, process improvement, operations, or implementation work
Experience training others, leading workshops, or explaining technical concepts clearly
Certifications in monday.com or similar tools are a plus but not required
