Responsibilities

Oversee the team of Project and Program Managers

Act as the primary escalation point for Project & Program Managers, addressing any issues and escalating them to the Operations Manager, Escalation Management team, and Vice President when necessary

Ensure alignment of build timelines across project management, configuration, engineering, and quality control teams to maintain accurate shipping schedules

Partner with the Demand Planning team and create quarterly OEM QBR reports

Present IDCS scorecard results to Sales and Leadership teams

Present IDCS status and achievements in customer-facing meetings

Support PMO management and confirm that incoming projects are balanced across the PMO

Help the PMO juggle project management responsibilities while meeting aggressive timelines

Ensure that training documentation is continuously updated to successfully onboard new PMO members

Serve as a coach and mentor to the PMO staff

Required

Bachelor's in business or relevant work experience required

5-7 years' experience leading project management teams, preferably in the IT field

5-7 years' experience managing day-to-day activities of PMO

5-7 years' experience in portfolio and project management

3-5 years' experience communicating project plans/status to internal and external stakeholders of all levels

3-5 years' experience presenting to project teams, internal management, and client/customer executives

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel

Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events

Ability to travel 25%
