Oracle Account Executive
ShipERP is seeking a high-energy, proactive Sales Account Executive to drive software and consulting services sales. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with Oracle and strategic partners, and exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Meeting and exceeding annual qualified software sales quota
Meeting and exceeding annual qualified consulting services sales quota
Provide prompt phone/email follow-up to all prospective and active accounts
Properly document all pertinent information related to the opportunity and effectively manage sales follow-up and account and opportunity results in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce)
Build and maintain sales/marketing knowledge base to become an expert on ERP Integrated Solution’s Certified Oracle Solutions
Work with all sales channels (Oracle direct sales team, Oracle Channel Partner, ecommerce, shipping carrier, etc.) to increase lead generation and sales
Sales channel focus will be the Oracle direct sales team. You will call on and meet with Oracle sales employees to generate leads through the Oracle inside sales process and existing Oracle customer install base managed by Oracle
Other Sales Focus will involve various ERP’s, WM’s and TMS’s
Continually gathers information on local competition and prevalent industry and business climate within the region; communicates information to management and others as needed
Negotiates proposals
Work all sales leads through complete sales cycle
Work with inside sales/telemarketing and pursue sales opportunities
Perform email and “cold calling” tasks as needed
Proactively contact existing customers with any new sales opportunities
Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships
Attend trade shows or visit customers on site when required by Sales Management
Lead generation
Facilitation of sales meetings and demonstrations
Functions as liaison between client companies and internal operations staff
Sales Follow-up
Willing to travel as required
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent
5+ years of enterprise level experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills
Must be a self-starter and proactive
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications
