Responsibilities
Maintain, repair, and modify machinery and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-based control systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.)
Dismantle, inspect, and reassemble complex machinery to identify and correct root causes
Fabricate and replace parts using lathes, milling machines, grinders, presses, and saws
Set up and maintain jigs and welding programs; calibrate and align equipment, sensors, and controls
Conduct inspections and maintenance during scheduled plant closures to prevent unplanned downtime
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPA) to drive long-term solutions
Maintain detailed maintenance and lockout/tagout records in compliance with safety regulations
Manage spare-parts inventory and request supplies to support daily operations
Safely collect, store, and manage waste oils, greases, and other materials
Recommend improvements to enhance machinery performance, safety, and productivity
Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with all company and safety standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Working knowledge of brake presses, punch presses, roll formers, and shears
Ability to perform precision measurements and basic math functions
Creative problem-solver who can pinpoint complex issues and develop effective solutions
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Clear communication skills (fluent English)
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Electrical/electronic and metal fabrication experience (qualification or certification preferred)
