Sales Training Specialist
RideNow Powersports, a leader in the powersports industry, is searching for a motivated Sales Training Specialist to conduct sales training and development in their Central Region. The role focuses on driving employee retention and growth through training on the company's defined sales process.

Responsibilities
Work with direct manager to develop, implement, and deliver training programs that support the company's proven sales methodology
Conduct in-person sales and sales management courses a minimum of 11 days a month within the Central Region (travel is required)
Able to drive participation in a group environment
Communicate and track training results to General Sales Managers and Regional Operations Directors
Continuing education is required post-class with trainees, and sales management to ensure training is implemented
Participation in on and offsite sales events may be required
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in direct selling, dealership, or powersports/automotive sales
2+ years in floor management and/or sales management with a track record of training or coaching sales representatives
Effective public speaking skills required
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to surrounding dealerships
All employees must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment
