Responsibilities
Lead public relations strategies for major product and service launches, including emerging AI-driven features
Support narrative development and integrated PR campaigns that tell a cohesive innovation story
Identify and shape storytelling opportunities that resonate with customers and media
Partner closely with marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless execution of launch initiatives
Collaborate with analyst relations, consumer PR teams, and other communications partners during major industry moments
Work directly with product teams to translate complex technology into simple, compelling messaging
Provide clear, strategic communications counsel to business executives on both short-term needs and long-term positioning
Engage with media, influencers, and cross-functional partners to align messaging and ensure consistent narrative delivery
Qualification
Required
7+ years of recent professional experience in communications or public relations
Proven ability to write, refine, and evolve clear messaging and strategic communications plans
Strong capability to distill complex concepts into simple, newsworthy narratives
Demonstrated track record building successful, high-impact launch strategies
Confidence engaging with leaders and driving alignment across stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and proactively identify solutions
Preferred
Experience crafting messaging for complex or technical products
Strong ability to express point of view concisely and persuasively
Proven success collaborating across PR, marketing, and cross-functional product teams
High comfort working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
