Responsibilities
Performs portions of work assignments requiring general SaaS and enterprise-wide applications knowledge and developing business expertise
Supports and may lead enterprise-wide applications projects of limited scope impacting information technology or enterprise systems functions
Analyzes and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision
Receives regular and general instruction and guidance from more experienced colleagues on work in the form of specific objectives
Support the employee experience of our HR tools by helping with ServiceNow knowledge base articles, WalkMe, Workday (System Help Text, Guide Me Tools, notification updates and other general configuration)
Execute role assignments across various HR Systems
Assist with various administration, maintenance and release testing related to ongoing support of HR systems, specifically Workday and ServiceNow
Support controls related to HR, Legal and Employee Experience Tools
Qualification
Required
1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Support the employee experience of our HR tools by helping with ServiceNow knowledge base articles, WalkMe, Workday (System Help Text, Guide Me Tools, notification updates and other general configuration)
Execute role assignments across various HR Systems
