They are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to manage and process accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining strong financial relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Maintain supply purchases through cycle counts and procurement

Enter, receive and bill purchase orders in NetSuite for recording

Enter bills into NetSuite for AP Processing

Initial set up of job postings for HR Manager review

First review of resumes for open job postings

Phone screen applicants for open job postings

Assist HR Manager with onboarding of new associates

Process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable

Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve payment disputes

Prepare and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions

Assist in shipping department when needed
