Responsibilities

Technical Advisory & Solution Design: Act as a trusted advisor to IXOPAY customers on payment and security solutions. Design tailored solutions incorporating the IXOPAY platform to meet prospect and customer business/compliance requirements
Sales Enablement & Partnership: Partner with the Growth Management and Sales teams to meet quarterly and annual quota objectives. Conduct requirements analysis and technical qualification of sales opportunities. Provide technical responses to RFIs and RFPs
Platform Expertise & Communication: Demonstrate IXOPAY platform functionality and communicate its capabilities in person or via web conference. Create technical content for prospect use cases. Manage prospect platform evaluations
Internal Collaboration & Advocacy: Communicate technical requirements to Product Management, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Support teams during transition to production. Relay platform feedback and enhancement requests to the Product Team
External Engagement: Conduct platform demonstrations and provide support at trade shows and conferences
Professional Development & Travel: Maintain payment, security, and privacy industry expertise as required. Travel as required to support business development (up to 25%)

Qualification

Required

Proven experience (5+ years suggested) as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar technical advisory role, preferably within a SaaS, FinTech, or payments environment
Deep technical expertise and a solid understanding of the payments industry, including payment gateways, merchant acquiring, security, and payments technology
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to think strategically and design complex, compliant solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within customer accounts
A track record of supporting sales teams in meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Preferred

Industry certifications are preferred but not required (e.g., PCI ISA Certification)
Eastern US time zone is strongly preferred
