Responsibilities
Execute complex harness builds with minimal guidance and high attention to detail
Lead floor training sessions and mentor Apprentice and Harnessing Technicians
Partner with Engineering on new product introduction and first article builds
Identify, escalate, and help solve build and design issues
Support updates to build documentation based on production feedback
Champion 5S principles, safety, and quality initiatives
Support ad-hoc projects to boost output and ensure harness builds are delivered quickly and efficiently
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent certification
5–12 years of experience in harness manufacturing or related production environments
Expert at reading complex schematics and executing high-quality builds
Experience mentoring junior team members
Preferred
IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferred
