Responsibilities

Leverage analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex business and technical challenges

Lead clients through systems selection processes, identifying the right solutions to align with their business needs
Support the planning and execution of technology implementations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and user requirements
Participate in all phases of project life cycles, including planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management, and resource allocation
Present recommendations and findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives and stakeholders
Partner with Pariveda and client leadership to drive initiatives forward and achieve project success
Work within a hybrid model

Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional consulting, client-facing, or other relevant industry experience
Experience with technical leadership such as coaching others and/or leading pieces of projects (estimating/assigning tasks, putting together timelines, requirements gathering, design, etc.)
A strong understanding of technology-related projects, including systems selection, implementation processes, and IT delivery methods
Ability to engage in technical conversations and bridge the gap between business and technical teams
Skilled problem solvers with the desire and ability to create and implement innovative solutions
Adaptable professionals capable of managing multiple responsibilities and adjusting to varied environments
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike
Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
