Responsibilities

Coordinate project design, develop creative design concepts for projects, and prepare design presentations

Develop design and construction documents on projects of various size and complexity

Work both independently and in a team environment

Coordinate with consulting engineers and other design professionals

Often interface with clients on small projects

Assist with contract administration responsibilities

Qualification

Professional degree in ArchitectureProficient in RevitLicensedPursuing licensureArchitectural codesInterpersonal communicationWritten communicationVerbal communicationProblem solvingTeam collaborationDesire for growth

Required

Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program

3-5 years of professional, post-graduate work experience

Licensed or actively pursuing licensure

Knowledge of basic codes and the principles of architectural practice

Proficient in the use of Revit software

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Thrives in diverse and excellence-oriented environment

Capable of understanding and solving complex project challenges
