Quest One is a global leader in PEM electrolysis, aiming to significantly reduce greenhouse gases with their electrolyzers. They are seeking a Project Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and manage supply chain activities for industrial-scale projects in North America.

Responsibilities

You will lead strategic sourcing of equipment and components for industrial-scale projects in the North American market

You will own all supply chain related activities as a core member of the Project Execution team, working closely with the Project Manager to oversee schedule and budget in line with customer project requirements

You will shape relationships, drive commercial outcomes and align scopes with packaging / integration partners and other suppliers

You will define and manage work packages, aligning commercial frameworks, technical specs, and delivery milestones

You will steer negotiations with partners and suppliers to optimize cost, timeline, and quality

You will interface between internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure scope clarity and execution readiness

You will help identify and mitigate commercial and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle

You will initiate and advance cost reduction and value engineering initiatives with suppliers

You will contribute to long-term sourcing strategies that support competitiveness, scalability, and resilience

Required

You hold a degree in supply chain management, business management, industrial engineering or a closely related field that enables you to lead complex procurement in industrial projects with confidence

You have 10+ years of experience in execution of projects for process or power plants, ideally within an OEM in hydrogen Oil & Gas, power generation or other energy sector industry. Experience with Owner/Operator and/or EPC firms also welcome

You bring a strong track record in developing procurement packages and leading negotiations with suppliers, including system integrators and packagers

You have strong project management and communication skills, with experience managing and reporting on budgets and schedules across multiple stakeholders

You operate with a high degree of autonomy, structure, and business acumen, combining technical understanding with a clear focus on commercial outcomes
