Responsibilities
Spark innovation by leading the incubation of new AI-powered products, from ideation through production deployment
Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to define a roadmap to deliver impactful solutions that drive business growth by solving user problems
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including Product, Design, Data Science, and other product engineering teams—to identify user problems and deliver impactful solutions
Guide the team in rapidly prototyping, evaluating, and iterating on generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, agentic systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
Support team members’ career growth through individualized coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
Foster a high-performing team to retain and recruit top engineering talent
Champion the adoption of GenAI tools and methodologies across the organization, advocating for AI-driven solutions in both engineering practices and product development
Qualification
Required
An entrepreneurial spirit, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to rapidly turn ideas and problem statements into concrete, measurable solutions
Proven experience (3+ years) managing and growing high-performing engineering teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation
Experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI applications in production environments, in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and RAG systems
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate teams, solve complex problems, make data-driven decisions, and thrive in cross-functional settings
Ability to translate complex technical insights into clear and actionable direction for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
