Lead bridge design, rehabilitation, inspection, and load rating projects
Design complex structures on high-profile projects
Oversee project delivery for INDOT and regional agencies

Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams

Qualification

Bridge engineering experiencePE certificationAASHTO LRFD standardsCivil engineering degreeProject delivery oversightClient relationship managementTeam coordinationMentoring skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
10+ years of bridge engineering experience
PE required
Strong experience with AASHTO LRFD and INDOT standards
Demonstrated delivery of significant bridge projects

MS preferred
SE preferred or ability to obtain
