Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production operations in the clean-room, maintaining efficiency, quality, and compliance
Own and manage the complete production planning process, including capacity analysis, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet delivery timelines
Develop, review, and adjust production plans and schedules in collaboration with Supply Chain, Customer Operations, and Procurement to balance demand, inventory, and manufacturing capacity
Implement and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure material availability and alignment with production needs
Maintain accurate data and timely updates in ERP/MRP systems to support effective planning, forecasting, and reporting
Lead and manage a team of approximately 30 employees within the clean-room environment
Review staffing requirements, conduct interviews, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
Assign and direct work, evaluate performance, reward and discipline employees, and resolve issues promptly and fairly in collaboration with HR
Foster a high-morale culture that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, reduce waste, and increase productivity
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for production areas and regularly assess performance against targets
Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve recurring production issues and drive operational excellence
Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives
Ensure environmental, health, and safety practices are followed consistently across operations
Collaborate with departments including Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Quality, Facilities, IT, HR, and Finance to ensure smooth communication and coordination
Prepare regular production and planning reports that highlight performance against plan, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization metrics
Uphold and promote the Natus Neuro culture, embedding the North Star and Guiding Principles throughout daily operations
Qualification
Required
Level 8 qualification in Business, Management, Production, Engineering/Science, or a related discipline is an advantage
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or management within a cleanroom environment (pharmaceutical, semiconductor, medical device, or biotechnology)
Strong knowledge of cleanroom classifications, contamination control, and regulatory standards (ISO, GMP, FDA)
Proven experience in production planning, capacity management, and scheduling within an ERP/MRP environment
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
Effective communicator who can collaborate across all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software
Preferred
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage
