Build dashboards, executive-level reports, and clear narratives that explain what the data means
Develop dynamic financial models and scenario analyses that support planning and decision-making
Improve data structures, processes, and the clarity of financial information across teams
Partner closely with Finance leadership as the organization modernizes its systems and reporting
Qualification
Required
6–10 years in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or business analysis
Advanced Excel + strong modeling skills
Experience with data visualization and storytelling (PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, etc.)
Comfort working with Accounting, IT, and operational teams
The ability to communicate clearly, ask great questions, and translate numbers into real business insight
