Business Development Representative - Tech Sales
Hilo Labs is an Austin-based AI consultancy that designs and builds custom AI and software systems. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to play a critical role in shaping the sales pipeline and learn how to sell complex AI solutions to executive teams.

Responsibilities
Research and identify ICP prospects
Outbound email, LinkedIn, and calls
Book and qualify AI Strategy Workshops with decision-makers
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and targeting
Work with the founder on deal handoffs and post-workshop follow-up
Qualification
Required
2+ years tech sales experience
2+ years B2B outbound experience selling into SMB & mid-market companies
Can communicate intelligently with founders, COOs, and directors about business problems
Are driven by targets and have grit
Want to build expertise in AI and automation
