They are seeking a Controls Engineer to manage automated control systems, ensure compliance, and support capital projects at their Salt Lake City site.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in selecting, installing, and programming automated control systems (e.g., Rockwell, Wonderware, Siemens, etc.) for SLC assets

Safeguard the integrity of SLC programs and mitigate unauthorized modifications

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and alarm management to enhance process control in manufacturing operations

Ensure accurate and accessible electrical documentation for efficient troubleshooting and maintenance of SLC assets

Assists in troubleshooting of electrical and control systems

Participates in PHA’s for PSM critical processes and provides expertise on established Control Systems

Leads RCCA program for Electrical/Control System failures and provides corrective actions for overall equipment effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Continuous Improvement and upgrades to existing SLC assets, includes Capital Projects

Manage compliance program for asset calibrations
