Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and CesiumAstro staff, ensuring a positive experience for all parties
Serve as a main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, including setting up onsite interviews, ensuring a professional and positive experience
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking
Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and familiarity with ATS systems (Lever preferred)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude, team-oriented, and a passion for recruitment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality
